This toolkit aligns with the Medicines Stewardship Guiding Principles and provides detailed information regarding the planning, implementation, evaluation and sustainability of any stewardship program.
For those organisations who are developing or have developed a program, this toolkit will provide a framework against which the process can be reviewed and help guide changes if necessary.
