MAIA Optimising guideline-directed medical therapy for HFrEF teaching tool

Description

This case scenario can be used as a teaching tool by clinical educators of medical officers, nurses, pharmacists, and students to stimulate discussion of their local practice and opportunities for quality improvement in teaching sessions.

This case study examines the implementation of quadruple therapy in the treatment of HFrEF, in a patient admitted to hospital with an upper respiratory tract infection and worsening heart failure symptoms.
